COVID-19 & Guest Safety

Guest safety, well-being, and comfort is a top priority of Pax Hotel Group. We are keeping a close eye on the continuing updates that the Center for Disease Control as it relates to Covid-19.
We know that travel is still necessary for some at this time and we also recognize our leisure travelers. We want to assure our current and future guests that we are following all the guidelines set forth by the CDC, the World Health Organization and the Florida Department of Health.
At this time we want to inform our guests that we are holding our standards to even new heights to ensure our guest’s well-being is a top priority. Here are preventative measures that we are taking along with our regular cleaning standards.
Disinfectant will now be added when washing laundry.
Staff will be required to wear gloves while cleaning.
In addition to our multipurpose cleaner, we will now be using an extra disinfectant for all contact surfaces in public areas, guestrooms, television remotes, toilet handles, water faucet handles, and flooring.
Disposable disinfectant wipes will be placed in all heavy traffic areas for hotel staff to disinfect surfaces between guest use.
In addition to our required ‘Hand Washing Signs’, we will now have CDC Covid-19 prevention signs in bathrooms and public areas.
